Ok here we go - First off  Diets-nutrisystem, slimfast,atkins,southbeach-lippo disolve and trispa  -diets and drugs -Are extremely misleading- They are the root cause for THE EPIDEMIC OBESITY RATE THAT IS HAPPENING ALMOST MAINLY IN America-

Peolpe have been fooled by these things. Brainwashed into believing that  the  FAD DIET will really help them- But on EVERY ADD POSTED by the companys  on all You will read” RESULTS NOT TYPICAL-WITH PROPER NUTRITION AND EXERCISE ROUTINE”-

Life has changed over the past 50 or 60 years all food was Organic then-Now most of all food is processed- and in that food you have chemicals-that get you addicted-and make you eat more and more-

In any case humans in america have lost something so crucial survival .It is the basic means of life and that is Basic Natural Instinct- We have been fed like cattle for the past 50 years-

Humans have lost the need for  NECESSITY AND GAINED A NEW WORD FOR SURVIVAL-and that is CONVENIENCE-It is so convenient for people to wake up and go to your fast food restraunt and get a cola.-

When in retrospect IT WAS A NECESSITY THAT LED YOU THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE- ,YOU HAD TO A FEW HUNDRED YEARS AGO-HUNT FISH GATHER FARM AND BUILD YOUR OWN HOME- YOU didnt have all this CONVENIENCE of fast food - You had to be fast to catch your food .You had to be patient to catch your fish-You had to be strong and in shape to till Your fields- and homes- but  now what do we have

CONVENIENCE-

SO IF EVERY OVERWEIGHT PERSON Had to do so  you bet we wouldnt have the issue of OBESITY ANY LONGER.

HERE ARE A FEW WAYS TO LOSE WEIGHT PROPERLY-

1st obese persons  should eat meals more frequently but in smaller portions-like 7 small meals of 300 to 400 calories and exercise like -back in the day-

and for your skinny people trying to gain weight you should eat larger volume meals less

 frequently like 4 big meals

This is a simple  way to lose weight and i promise you can count on that- and what it does is basically reverse you metabolism-which for obese is slow now and would make fast-

    I could not agree more. I am two years into a new way of living and 70 pounds lighter. It took more than 15-20 years of poor eating and little to no excersize to get me to the bloated tick size that I was pushing 250lbs, and barely 5′11. It was ridiculous. People want it all now. Now is key, as is convenience.

    Remember 15-20 years?? That’s what people need to recognize. I took it slow. 1 pound a week. In between my travel and work schedule it was and is still admittedly hard at times, and was hard in the beginning. I lost all of the 70+ pounds in 11 months. Not 2 weeks, or 3 weeks or two months, and no crazy adkins, or pills, or whatever.

    The change was simple. Cut out late night eating heavy. Eat several small meals ( no larger than my fist) per day, excersize, roughly 2-3000 calories or more burned a week on average, and some weeks the weight came off quicker than others. You have to change up your routines. The key here is continued change, and develop a habit of just doing it even when you do not want to and have a 100 reasons not to. It’s your health, your looks, your life. No pill or diet fad can do it for you.

    I still keep it up daily and am in the best shape of my life at 43, right at 185 steady, and mainly because of a weight training regimen that has actually put some bulk on. Oh, and protein shakes are a good meal substitute. Find some that you like, mix in a banana. Great Blog.
