Ok here we go – First off Diets-nutrisystem, slimfast,atkins,southbeach-lippo disolve and trispa -diets and drugs -Are extremely misleading- They are the root cause for THE EPIDEMIC OBESITY RATE THAT IS HAPPENING ALMOST MAINLY IN America-

Peolpe have been fooled by these things. Brainwashed into believing that the FAD DIET will really help them- But on EVERY ADD POSTED by the companys on all You will read” RESULTS NOT TYPICAL-WITH PROPER NUTRITION AND EXERCISE ROUTINE”-

Life has changed over the past 50 or 60 years all food was Organic then-Now most of all food is processed- and in that food you have chemicals-that get you addicted-and make you eat more and more-

In any case humans in america have lost something so crucial survival .It is the basic means of life and that is Basic Natural Instinct- We have been fed like cattle for the past 50 years-

Humans have lost the need for NECESSITY AND GAINED A NEW WORD FOR SURVIVAL-and that is CONVENIENCE-It is so convenient for people to wake up and go to your fast food restraunt and get a cola.-

When in retrospect IT WAS A NECESSITY THAT LED YOU THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE- ,YOU HAD TO A FEW HUNDRED YEARS AGO-HUNT FISH GATHER FARM AND BUILD YOUR OWN HOME- YOU didnt have all this CONVENIENCE of fast food – You had to be fast to catch your food .You had to be patient to catch your fish-You had to be strong and in shape to till Your fields- and homes- but now what do we have

CONVENIENCE-

SO IF EVERY OVERWEIGHT PERSON Had to do so you bet we wouldnt have the issue of OBESITY ANY LONGER.

HERE ARE A FEW WAYS TO LOSE WEIGHT PROPERLY-

1st obese persons should eat meals more frequently but in smaller portions-like 7 small meals of 300 to 400 calories and exercise like -back in the day-

and for your skinny people trying to gain weight you should eat larger volume meals less

frequently like 4 big meals

This is a simple way to lose weight and i promise you can count on that- and what it does is basically reverse you metabolism-which for obese is slow now and would make fast-

are we in war world 3 right now – can you see the truth before your eyes- why is this war with afghanistand iraq and iran so important-i know most people feel that it is oil or something of that nature- but i will tell you the truth- and those of you will know something that i know- and believe me this has been going on for centuries if not millenia-

the world is full of its own worst products human beings are one of these products because we cant see before our eyes what is in there food- the water you drink the food we eat- most of it is poison-made by company who just want to make money-they make money by making there product cheaper- and cheaper and cheaper-believe me i have worked with all the big time companys and i know money is the bottom line and the top and the sides – it itself creates a 3d world for there business- so its not about you its about the product – we can put flashing lights on this bottleand it becomes godlike they say or sparkles or new fresh taste-watch out for key words-

parents open up your eyes and take a look at your world through new eyes-

youngens quit eating and drinking everything that is made-

Whats up with celebrities nowadays- little 16 year old kids is what they all acy like they face the world – have lots a responsibility- and mess up there lives with stupid actions- like they are worth far less than the millions of dollars they make-

what about the actors and celebrities of old- man i remember class style- snazz- ans pazzazz glits glamour with all the trimmings- peole who were aware they were humans with money- not trailor trash with a chance at a better life buying a donkey -driving over miss daisy-

the old days have gone its timefor these youngens to get a life -and invest in books instead of booz-

my favorite celebridiot is probably paris- no one in history has been pampered for doing so much stupid stuff -in her little short life-

paparazzi- little freaks with cameras-found the ways to make money off these people and started sucking the blood from the wound of these people-

man if hunphrey ran into one of these clowns today who would have literally ran into them-

So we have bush sr. and jr.- what do you make of them what are there plans for there retirement-more money than you i guess -invest in war and you get money and death-

who is the next president hilary or obama or that other guy- for the first time in history a black man and a woman for office at the first time- unheard of- imnot predjudice but i know obama will not win- this whole charade is to set up – yes to set up hilary clinton for president- no doubt she will win-so what do you think– do you care- after bushes second term in office dont you know everything is rigged- lol-and if you still think bush was a good guy lol- im sorry-the worst president ever in history was still a pawn for the bigger game-we all know what is gonna happen with our world and if you dont- just understand that we only have one world-no others-

FOOD COLORS IS ONE THING BUT MSG(MONO SODIUM GLUTAMATE) & POTASSIUM SORBATE IS THE SAME THING

i want parents to ask me questions – figure yourselves out before you get ahead of me-im here to et you know you poison your chidren everyday with love-candy cereal fruit drinks ‘gatorade’ for instance-JUST A few fact – yellow food coloring is probably the worst ever- chromosomal damage intertwined with mixures of colors like red 40 cancer causing-where are your brains-its really not a treat-if your hurting them is it-your body is your temple-if you have been eating candy all your life and your saying nothing wrong with me – check again- these things get at you on the cellular level-feel free to check your dna-

when i was young my toys were made of wood -maybe iron- maybe lead-but at least american made but we were simple folk- nowadays

You just never know what your giving to your child -it may have always been about money but atleast they werent cheap back then-parents always research where you loved ones are touching and pounding and grabbing and rubbing- have face and values because your world is becoming devalued – you must up your value on life- believe me- i know where we come from and exactly where we are going

question i have many answers i have also-

For you parents when you were youngens- what did your doctor do for you- i know doctors nowadays doctors also just give antibiotics for everything = i beleive they are lowering our immune systems to make us sicker- its all a circle of money and time- thats the secret to your lives-just step out and look- breathe relax- stress free-

for doctors we have good and bad ones- if your kid has a fever- do you go to the doctor-do you understand what they will do – give you tylenol- lol-

did you know that a fever is actually a very good thing- your body is trying to kill any harmful entities in your body by basically fire-burning it away- in anycase-most parents frown on a fever- but it is your bodys first line of defense- let it burn a while before you give them some drugs–back to doctors

try homeopathic doctors before anything else-and if not find a doctor doing more than prescribing drugs
